Commercial Parking Lot Resurfacing — GreenTech Solutions, Brockton, MA
GreenTech Solutions required resurfacing of their 10,000-square-foot parking lot to address wear from heavy equipment and repeated use, improving safety and customer experience.
How We Completed It: We started by cleaning and repairing the existing asphalt surface, filling potholes and sealing cracks. After prep, a new asphalt overlay was applied and compacted for optimal strength. New parking lines and directional markings were painted with durable traffic paint. Our team coordinated work hours to minimize disruption to GreenTech’s daily operations.
